Paris Hilton has gone poor by $2 millions owing to a burglary at her Los Angeles home yesterday. As per reports, a man wearing a hooded sweatshirt and gloves forced open the front door and helped himself with $2 million worth of jewelry and other belongings. Paris, however, was not in at the time of the burglary.

According to the LAPD, the burglary occurred in the wee hours of Friday when the socialite was busy partying at Bar Deluxe in Hollywood with singer Katy Perry and blogger Perez Hilton. However, the identity of the thief will not remain a secret for long because the house is equipped with security video equipment.

I think Paris’ partying habit has paid off well this time. Anything could’ve happened has she been at home at that time. Anyway, I expect the police to crack the thief soon enough.
