After Madonna adopted a little African kid, it’s been rumored that Angelina Jolie is once again interested in adopting a child and that too this time an Indian.
According to sources the big hearted actress and partner Brad Pitt have applied to adopt a child from an Indian orphanage and are hoping to bring the kid home by Christmas.
An insider revealed that, ‘Brad would prefer a boy no older than 18 months to even out the sexes but Angie has told him she can’t guarantee she won’t fall in love with a little girl.’
The source told US magazine Globe, ‘Whichever they end up with, they’d like to name the child India to honor its homeland.’ The pair is rumored to have visited the Priya Darshini orphanage in the last month.
Well we need to see things first before we go on to believe it. Looks like Angelina wants to bring home a token (...a child) from whichever country she goes to.
Why is everyone going crazy to adopt babies...any answers?

its a good thing taht at least one orphan child will have a good life. wt this pits preference to boy, i think he also got bitten by the indian bug of preffering boy to a girl.
but my heart goes to any one that gets picked up because at least one life will be saved

What happens to the children they have adopted once they tire of each other and decide to divorce? After all this is Brad Pitts 3rd partnership (not sure if they are married) and Angelina’s too! I dont like the idea of an Indian child being adopted by these yankees for whom family life is superficial, no real bond or love. Some may think that an Indian child will benefit, well may be materially, but psychologically and spiritually that child is lost and he/she will become one more unfortunate soul seeking his/her birth parents!
And why do they want to adopt 1 more child? they already have 2 adopted children and 1 biological child of their union.
If they choose to adopt, then great, that is their business. But I do not believe this rumor. Everytime they go to another country these rumors pop up and then people start judging them. If Brad and Angelina sued everytime a false story was written about them, they wouldnt have time for anything else.
