It would be too early to compare Ashlee Simpson to her sister. Jessica Simpson has showcased her acting and singing talent, though Ashlee also had loads of fans on her side but she has a long way to go.
Ashlee has matured a lot since her debut album and has bright chances of becoming more popular than her sister, Jessica. As Ashlee is a songwriter too, it gives her a cutting edge above Jess.
She came out of Jess’s shadow in 2004 and shot to fame with her album ‘Autobiography‘. Most of this year, she has been on overseas tour with her band, and has been working hard. She says that all of them have really grown now and feel much more confident.

Ashlee started off well and then she shot herself in the foot, with the snl-thing. Nomatter what she does, she will be remembered for that and the booing at the ball game also!
