Pop princess Britney Spears has moved with her two sons into a new house in Beverly Hills. Her new house is worth $7.2 million designed in Mediterranean style.
One of the house owners told,
She’s moved in. She’s a neighbor.
Britney’s new house spread over 7,453-sq. foot includes five-bedrooms, six-and-a-half bathrooms, a pool, media room, library and a terrace with a view of Los Angeles.
Kurt Rappaport, president of Westside Real Estate Agency said,
It’s a great gated community where the tour buses won’t be stopping at your front door or lookiloos driving by. She got good value for the property.
Ed McMahon and Gwen Stefani are Brit’s new high-profile neighbors. Gwen Stefani recently bought a house previously owned by Jennifer Lopez for more than $13 million.
Brit was also planning to sell her previous home where she used to live with Kevin Federline.
Brit has found new buddies for partying. She recently dumped her best buddy socialite Hilton ‘coz she no more needs Hilton.
