
Britney Spears has realized that a slim bod is good, and perhaps not too late either. Tired of media sneers and fed up of surging rumours about a possible pregnancy, Britney has finally decided to be all arms against fat and flabs. Its high time, too, considering that earlier this year, she had managed to put on quite a bit of weight, thanks to the huge stress undergone. The notorious custody case and her bipolar disorder had all taken a toll on the star’s health.
True to her decision, Britney reportedly spends a whopping $22,000 each month on a rigorous health regime now. She has hired a nutritionist to chart up a balanced diet for her, all for a monthly salary of 5000 pounds. Apart from that, a separate amount of 4000 and 2000 pounds are spent on a personal trainer and a special choreographer, respectively. But it’s not just money that is involved. Britney, eager to get back her washboard flat stomach and her once-famous abs, has now changed her food habits as well. Red Bull wine and junk has now been replaced with ample fresh food and lots of water. The pop star now restricts herself to a 1400-calorie intake per day, forcing herself to eat just two-thirds of the food on the plate.
Determined as she is, to stick to this strict routine, it seems Britney will soon regain her perfectly-toned body! That’s indeed something to wait for!

How funny!!! Britney was not pregnant, but her size, specially the belly make people assume that she is pregnant. Not only any star but a simple normal girl will also feel ashamed and depressed by this sort of rumor. Thank god, Britney is trying her best to be slim, otherwise, the news of her nearing delivery may also come! LOL!!!
I think people make a big deal about a little extra flab that can easily be eliminated. Now if it’s jessica simpson type of weight gain then it’s a problem.
