It seems Britney will never change, she was spotted smoking outside the Millenium Dance studio of Hollywood on 8th February, she was wearing some weird type of clothes. The dress was not properly done and it was very clear from her attitude that she couldn’t care less. But at least she should try to have a look on her clothes and correct it before she appears in public or when comes to have face to face with paparazzi.
