This was my spontaneous reaction when I saw Katy Perry in this definitely-not-for-her attire. I harbor no ill-feelings towards those sexy leggings and I also believe that she could’ve pulled those shoes with perfection by pairing them with a sensible outfit. But, sadly, the top looks so-not-her! Seriously, I think she should stick to her frivolous wardrobe and avoid such drastic experiments. We have got others who can amuse us with their antics.
