Ew, I just hope its not booger! Well, my best guess is that it’s extra powder, which the make up person forgot to brush off, or her actual skin colour. The latter seems unlikely, though you never know; she may just be the same colour as Michael Jackson. Ahem, on second thoughts, has someone been snorting some dangerous white powder, eh? I really hope not.
