Jade Goody, one of the contestants of the Celebrity Big Brother House, who allegedly passed racial slurs to Indian actress Shilpa Shetty has been voted out of the Big Brother’s house, Friday. And Shilpa Shetty can take a sigh of relief as she is still in the race for the show.
The racist issue was blown out of all proportion and the 25-year old Jade was evicted out by the viewers of Britain before she could do more damage. Britain viewers no more wanted to see Jade in the show and she was thrown out by overwhelming 82 % of the public vote.
The British media even dubbed the showdown between Shilpa and Goody as a battle between ‘the beauty and the beast.’
Television watchdog Ofcom has so far received 38,000 complaints about the show since Jade allegedly began bullying the 31-year-old Indian star.
Jade- a qualified dental nurse, shot to fame in 2002 when she was a contestant in the third series of the UK version of Big Brother, even apologized to the Indian actress when she found her career crumbling and patched up by giving a hug to Shilpa just before eviction round. But Shilpa’s fans didn’t want to forgive jade’s rashness so easily.
Jade will now stay in a safe house for sometime due to security reasons and will also be questioned by police on the alleged racist comments she made on the show.
I think it’s good to have the bully out of the house...she well deserved it. And that Danielle as well...another idiot should be next evicted.

yes very correct Nidhi the issue over RACIST COMMENTS in the celeb. reality show Big Brother was blown out of proportion by the media... however continually laying emphasis over the same, you aint doing any justice too. However, i feel obliged to inform you that Shilpa Shetty herself denied any spooky(racial comments) against her... therefore premature evaluations should be curbed, and the official verdict from the state be awaited before labeling Jade a racist.
I very well know Bharat that Shilpa herself denied any racism but you also can not deny that she was being mocked for her nationality i.e. for being an Indian. And I think Brits holds no right to denigrate Indians.
it was ridiculous to see one of the contestants mocking at shilpa for using her hand for eating when she herself was holding the deadly toxic ciggarete in her hand.anyway this racism issue has gone in favour of shilpa and good time for

what i have understood after all this messy news about Shilpa getting racism shocks in Big Brother has been over exaggerated by the media. Even if you watch Big Boss in India, people living in the house together are doing nothing but just back bitching. Its rididculous to watch them speak like that, even when they are aware of the fact the whole country must be hearing their conversations.
Big Brother is just the same but, yes i do agree the Shilpa was being badly treated, but still cant call this racist. Comments were cruel but she have to bear them till she is in there. Its just because she is different personality coming from different traditional background. But all i can say that with the outsted of Jade, Shilpa will be a bit relieved. I hope she really tackles the problems and come out of it in flying colours. i wish her all the best.#postcomment
