Seems like the public smoking ban in England has hit supermodel Kate Moss hard as the anorexic beauty guzzled all the smoke she could while she legged the streets of Amsterdam with boyfriend Jamie Hince (who BTW is taking a well deserved break from his guitaring duties for the band, The Kills). Though Kate’s incessant cigarette smoking is hardly going to be a bother to most people, one wonders if her super-large fur coat is fake, since that surely will stir a lot of smoke and fire if it isn’t!
