LiLo babe was spotted strutting the streets in a see-through top and a pair of torn jeans. I think she’s working overtime to make her presence felt on the streets, and I give her eight out of ten for this torn act. Of course, looking torn on the streets is anytime better compared to looking pathetic at midnight while knocking on Sam’s doors. Sadly, I can’t afford to give her a total ten out of ten because she still has to learn a lot about how to wear a see-through top. Check out the gallery after the jump.
