Unpredicted turnaround occurred in Jennifer Lopez’s life. Her first husband, Ojani Noa, challenged a preliminary injunction that stopped him from bringing out a tell-all memoir.

Ojani Noa, 31, told a judge Victor H. Person that now he regrets agreeing to a preliminary injunction which was issued on June 30, that forbids him from “criticizing, denigrating, casting in a negative light or otherwise disparaging or causing disparagement” to Lopez.

“I didn’t agree to it. My lawyer told me that was the right thing to do and I went along with it,’ Noa told the court.

“I want to fight this thing to the end,” he said. “My life has not been the same since this lawsuit was filed.”

The judge gave Noa until Jan. 17 to hire a new attorney or represent himself as the case moves ahead.

Singer and actress Lopez married Noa on February 1997 after meeting him in a Miami restaurant where he was a waiter. They divorced cordially in March 1998.

Lopez filed her lawsuit April 10 and the court granted a preliminary injunction on June 30 that stopped Noa from publishing his book which contained the personal details of their sex life.

Now Lopez’s ex-hubby is regretting on his decision and explains that because of his limited English skills he did not properly comprehend what was precisely negotiated between the lawyers. Well Lopez acted very smartly and took full advantage of Noa’s imperfect English skills. What I think, Noa should take English classes so that next time he won’t face such circumstances.
