When Marisa Tomei earned an Oscar nomination for her role as a stripper in The Wrestler, many critics termed the role as a standout in her career. Some even went to the extent of saying that it came too late for her. And there were some more who thought Marisa did injustice to them, and herself, by sticking to modest roles for the major part of her career. However, I beg to differ. Marisa needs no damn stripper roles to prove her sensuality. In fact, she did the stripper role at the right time and proved her point that she can do what others boast of doing.
