Oprah Winfrey has reportedly lost 15 pounds and is feeling real good about it reports Life & Style Weekly. Ok, I know you have heard it number of times.

Oprah is on a diet where she has several portions of vegetables and fruit a day. She is off meats and unrefined carbs.

Her typical diet chart contains the following:

Breakfast- Scrambled egg whites with salsa and a whole wheat tortilla- 282 calories

Lunch- Bean soup-232 calories

Dinner-
Grilled/broiled chicken and veggies-494 calories

Snacks- Fruits
