Paris Hilton is just about to face the court once again! This time its her own film National Lampoon’s Pledge This that’s turning the tables against her. The hot celebutante, who is also the executive producer of the film, has reportedly taken no steps in attending the promotional tours, which she was bound to do, according to a contract. The deal, signed between Worldwide Entertainment Group and the heiress’s company Paris Hilton Entertainment Inc.,clearly mentioned that Paris would be paid $1M for her role in the film as well as for catering to its promotion and publicity. Having failed to do so, Paris will now be sued for $75,000! Pledge This has already been rated on the 11th position in IMDB’s Bottom 100, like other National Lampoon movies in the past. Well, one must remember it was a Paris Hilton production after all!

Paris Hilton deserves to be penalized for this flaw of hers. As it is the movie has been placed 11th on the all time greatest flops list which clearly indicates that they investors did not even break even in terms of the money invested in the venture. The liability obviously falls on the sly Hilton who walked away with a million dollars, she seriously owes them those $75,000
