i sat there and cringed with my friends... why does this boy think he can rap.. it was painful to watch

That was the most awful thing I have ever saw! I stuck sharpened pencils in my ears to try to poke out my eardrums just so I could get rid of the nausea from hearing him rap. No wonder every REAL record producer turned him down. The only way he could’ve ever gotten produce was to spend some more of his wifes money and start his own production company. Britney should cut her losses and denounce him publicly to save what’s left of her career. It’s not like he’s gonna be a dad to her to kids either. He is an embarrassment to all who can really rap and do hip hop and I think that he should dig a deep hole and fall into it. Now I’m sure that is something millions would pay good money to see.

I’ll take everyone’s word that this guy sucked. I am fortunate and happy NOT to have wasted my time with it. There’s too many ”no-talents” on tv. Reality tv - real world, gaunlet, american idol, laguna beach, the hills, etc. has burned me out to the point where I don’t watch tv or commercials - sorry sponsors. Even most music in music videos sucks nowadays. Britney telling me that Kevin is the next best thing is like someone shitting in my mouth and calling it a sundae. I saw the Kevin Federline performance last night on teen chioce. Federlines rhymes’ were passionless and uninspired. He is the antithesis of rap, R&B, hip-hop, and anything related. The idea of Federline thriving in the rap game is an unrespectful idea and undermines all the TRUE MC’s, Lyricists, rappers. DON’T PROMOTE THIS KINDA BEHAVIOR.

i heard on the radio them talking about him, and they played a clip of him too, now from what i heard all he did was talk over his ”rapping” well i don’t know if it was rapping it was more like ”singing” he kept saying ”everybody get up, everybody jump” or whatever he was saying to get the crowd hyped, if you have to keep saying that over and over to get the crowd to do something, you know it’s not working. it’s only five minutes of fame. EMINEM PLEASE COME BACK!!! SAVE US!!! YOU’RE THE REAL WHITE RAPPER!!!

I’m SORRY, I have to say this... Kevin Federline reminds me of Eminem, who doesn’t have talent but somehow still sells records. K-Fed will never be given a chance no matter how he performs simply because he’s Britney’s husband. I give him credit for trying... but I will say, he should invest in singing/rap lessons...

I don’t know what disgusts me more– trashy Kevin’s performance or trashy Britney’s willingness to sleep with him repeadely. He has managed to pro-create, this is bad... Honestly, I think we need to look at the performance from a different view. I don’t think he was trying to rap, he was trying to fly! I just watched K-Fed’s performance and, while I am not a fan of either he or Britney at this point, and I didn’t really like Lose Control’s lyrics bragging about K-Fed’s alleged money (which is really Britney’s), HE WASN’T THAT BAD Y’ALL; HE JUST WASN’T THAT BAD! He wasn’t that inspired with his moves; but that was obviously because he was nervous and wanted to MAKE SURE he wasn’t going to mess up; so he did less than he probably could have onstage. At the end, he was looking to see how the audience as reacting; I think as he was watching he was feeling a little underwhelmed and disappointed by the lack of enthusiasm. Nobody will give him a chance because he’s Britney’s husband and because of all the bad publicity. So he should probably hang it up for that reason alone and stop wasting his time (and all that money). Maybe use that new recording studio to produce other acts on his label and not himself. I give Britney A LOT of credit for standing by her man. I didn’t love her outfit, but it’s TERRIBLE for anyone to say she should be punched in the stomach! I pray for a safe delivery and hopefully they will put having more kids on hold for quite a while. Good luck Britney and Kev! Even with all your money you need it....

You Know, i know alot of people don’t like kevin fenderline or brittany (personally i think she is trailer trash) But i think that what kevin fenderline did was brave, i mean at least thier wasn’t any lipsynching going on. And i have to agree with Mjoy. He was nervous as hell and didn’t perform to his full potential. But i know i wan’t change any opinions but i looked at him not as kevin fenderline, brittany spear’s husband. I looked at him like i never heard of him before and with an open mind. all i wanna say is he didn’t sux completley but he was all that good, but he has room for improvement. and with him creating his own record label, maybe he didn’t want to be artistacally held down. but please don’t lynch me for speaking my mind.

K-Fed has a naked picture of Vanilla Ice in his wallet. He will never get respect from the Hip-Hop community because he has no street cred. You can’t buy street cred. He has never battled another MC. He hasn’t sold mixed taped out the trunk of his car. He is a $1000 a week dancer who bought a career with Britney’s money. That alone kills any potential cred you could’ve had. The only people that will buy his records are TRL watching suburban 10-14 year-old Britney fans. Hip-Hop will ignore him like they do Fred Dirst. You can be a fan of Hip-Hop, but that doesn’t go hand in hand with rhyming skills.

I just love the way all the posts here echo the tabs! Don’t you realize these are not your own opinions these are just things you hear in mags so you expect.

If no one had ever heard of K-fed before that performance would you still say he sucked? I doubt it! The mags say all these horrible things about him (true or not who really gives a damn) and so when he does stuff like this you form a cognitive consanance in your mind and then never give it a chance.
