I just dont think this should in anyway affect the popularity of her show. This lady, with nerves of steel could throw off a fashion designer like tommy hilfiger for making racist remarks and could embrace warmly an Indian on the show, has interviewed every big-wig and is a beauty with brains to match, no way is this chit of a controversy harm her, you are coming out of this one unscathed winfrey!
People will sue for anything in America... it is ridiculous... Australian society has begun to copy this litigious trend and it is just so damn silly...
I have heard of people being sued in America because a burglar tripped over in their home and then sued them for it...
In Australia - all of this ridiculous litigation has increased the price of public liability insurance which is making it hard for community and non-profit organisations to host functions... *argh*
